Cancellation Policy
At From Scratch Events, NE, we provide custom-designed stationery to ensure your event details make a stunning first impression. Please review our cancellation policy before booking: Payment & Refund Policy -A $50 service fee is required in full at the time of booking. -Clients are responsible for all printing and postage costs, which vary based on guest count and design budget. These costs are non-refundable once printing has begun at communicated printing time. -The $50 service fee is refundable only if cancellation is made within five (5) days of signing the service agreement. -After five (5) days, the service fee becomes non-refundable as work will have already begun. No Refunds After Print Time -Once the agreed-upon print time has passed, cancellations are not permitted, and all fees remain non-refundable. Rescheduling & Design Revisions -Minor design adjustments may be requested before final approval. Extensive revisions may incur additional fees. -If an event date changes, clients may request a design revision, subject to availability and potential additional charges. How to Cancel -All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to fromscratch.eventsne@gmail.com. -The request will be considered effective based on the date and time it is received. Additional Considerations -If From Scratch Events, NE must cancel the service for any unforeseen reason, a full refund of the $50 service fee and printing / postage client costs will be provided. -Clients acknowledge that all payments cover the creative time, labor, and coordination involved in producing a custom stationery design. By booking a custom stationery service with From Scratch Events, NE, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
