Cancellation Policy
To maintain the quality and availability of our services, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, a $20 fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within one hour of the scheduled time, or in the event of a no-show, a $30 fee will apply. This policy ensures that our planners' time is respected and helps us continue providing exceptional service for all clients. By booking, you agree to these terms.
