Cancellation Policy

At From Scratch Events, NE, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and proper planning, we have established the following cancellation policy for our à la carte services: Deposit & Refund Policy -A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service. -Only the $300 deposit is refundable in full if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled service date. -The balance will be due 60 days prior to the event (50%) and the remainder 30 days prior to the event (deposit+50%=remainder). Partial Refunds for Late Cancellations -Cancellations made between 29 and 4 days prior to the service date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. -Cancellations made between 72 and 25 hours prior to the service date will receive a 25% refund of the deposit. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. Rescheduling & Re-Booking Fee -Clients may request to reschedule their service up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled service date. -Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur a $50 re-booking fee. -Requests made less than 72 hours before the service date will be considered a cancellation and will follow the refund terms outlined above. How to Cancel or Reschedule -All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to fromscratch.eventsne@gmail.com. -The request will be considered effective based on the date and time it is received. Additional Considerations -If From Scratch Events, NE must cancel the service for any unforeseen reason, the deposit will be refunded in full. -By booking an à la carte service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
